Rollercoaster still continuing. Had an upswing and then a downswing and now I'm where I was earlier. I think I was on tilt when the downswing happened, have to look out and not get on tilt again.

Presumably SSS, very swingy, but still in front. It can be like that.

You should post a lot of the hands you have played to check out where the leaks are. You may get rid of some of the "down" in your swings.

Had a downswing, had like 15-20$ left, went to the casino -> guess the rest.
CDPoker is the same as Titanpoker, at least the playing takes place at the same place. I just cant believe the bad beats there, like 66, and flop is 67Q, people raise and I top everything, then a 9 comes, and 8 last... Guess what, some bloke shows 2 10 -offsuit. And look at my last post too.

But... I just asked for my 55$ TAF -money. I really hope I can keep my calm and play well and not go on tilt, getting the money to partypoker. Hope to get it soon.

It seems like you have some problems... I once or twice gambled my bankroll away too but I managed to make from $5 to where I stand now. Even if I had $0 I participated in freerolls and managed to make enough $ to play NL5 with my $2. Of course looking back to those times I realize that I was lucky that I didn't run into downswing.
