[Closed] Need a ruling on an idiot dealer

oO how can you deal two flops? ^^
the last street where there was action (in this case, the flop, if I understand correctly) stays, the one that was misdealt is put back in the deck, reshuffled, and dealt.

We have no idea, to much alcohol, maybe he missed the flop and tried to get a misdeal.

Just as a side note

One of the main issues I have when playing at cash tables at the casino is crap dealing.

I have played 3 different times live and two of the times the dealer sucked. I could see the colors of the cards dealt out half the time. So i can imagine what good players can see.

One of my pet peaves playing live with buddies is

a) the dealer pre dealing out the flop and turn cards.

b) the dealer looking at the cards if he folded.

c) my biggest pet peave shuffling the cards face up???

One time my buddy wouldnt stop shuffling face up and no one was opposed to it so i followed suit shuffled the same way and read the deck the whole game. what dummies! takes the fun out of the game though.

anyways sorry for changing the topic. any one else have dealer issues?

so, a) I had this problem with dealers, basically because they were lazy.
I then enforced a rule where there are two designated dealers at
each table. The reason this idiot weas dealing was because the
dealer was on a 5 day toilet break (well not quite 5 days but you
get the point). I will probably fine him some starting chips next
week.

b) Yup, hence why I put in designated dealers.

c) You must have played in my pub. SO, I know make sure the cards
are all put face down and given a big scramble all over the table
and the tri-cut.

Maybe this is petty but, I hate it when I am not dealing and the dealer wont keep the pot tidy, is then asked foir a pot count and spends the next half hour stacking and couting.

I am sure I have more.
