Villain takes awhile to call my 3-bet and even longer for my c-bet. Thus I felt reasonably confident that he had an overpair to the flop probably 99-JJ. QQ I think he would have raised me. He tanked-folded my turn bet so yea I think it's safe to say his range was an overpair to the board.
I do have a slight problem with my bet-sizing though. I bet flop small because the flop is so innocuous. Should I have bet bigger? And for the turn, I feel now I should have bet a little smaller maybe $90c~ and then just ship the river?
