BB Villain: 60/19 3bet: 0.0 after 40 hands.

I saw no reason for 3beting this hand as I doubt it comes with much profit when I would do much better inviting BB to join the party by just flatting in position which also puts me ahead of at least the nit's opening range, rather than his 3bet calling range.

As played, would you recommend me playing this any different?

Hello rdmnick,

There are very few hands which you beat on the turn like KQ? and ?, neither I am not sure if the guy would have 2nd barreled into multiway pot with draws. Therefore I might even be towards crying fold on turn.

Best Regards.

I'm not sure, I think there are two many draws possible tbh.

he wouldn't want to play check/call with a draw even though his fold equity is fairly decreased on the turn due to a blank hitting the board since the alternative would be him playing check/call, although he would protect himself against a raise.

KQ is more likely than KJ, I doubt we'll see KT in his range, but still, KQ is a lot more likely than KJ and I block quite a few AK and AA, I'm not sure if it's correct but given there are still at least a few draws I think I am ahead more combos than I am behind.

AA,KK,JJ,33,AKs,KQs,AKo,KQo makes me 45/50 equity wise, if I include AQs I am even ahead, with pot odds alone should be fairly simple call.

River is a shove though right?

Hey rdmnick,

I like that shove a lot, we don't represent much and a lot of draws missed (our perceived is much weaker)...

I think he might find some light calls :)

But win equity there is only like 32%, lets say for example a blank comes on the river and he still ships, what's the plan then?

If you Call the turn then you expect to be ahead vs his range, therefore shove is pretty standard.
