Seems like most people like to call just about any pair. I find to often I mostly lose only to sets. Usually with a big pair I find my self guessing a lot trying to figure out if I am ahead or he is trying to catch a set so I play semi aggressive.

3 bet your premium hand more, that give your opponent wrong price to set mine.
And if he isn`t stupid or donk he most of time let`s go he`s baby pairs .

They mostly limp/call pocket pairs. Just cbet/duble barell a lot high cards board.
