We are definitely playing this hand, and we definitely don't want to play passively. None of them are extremely tight and the overlay makes it good enough for a shove. A simple 3bet can bring us some ugly future spots, so I like the shove. I understand your concern about not being overjoyed by jamming 22bbs, but this is still a good way in my opinion.
