std push preflop. 2 limpers and u have 10BB stack. SB shows weakness by completing and wants to see a cheap flop and UTG is a calling station and his limping range is extremely wide and ur A4 does well against his range.

otherwise bet/fold the turn cause there are 2 flush draws and u have hit top pair.

I'd be careful pushing A4 vs utg limp if he has 0% pfr. If his early pos vpip is also big, its a shove pre. As played, bet turn.

I think you can push pre, but i would prefer check pre, bet/fold turn.
