if i decide i want to go AI pre i would make it a little less smth like 32 to make it look i am trying a move and i dont commit my self and try do give him space to do something sily like shoving with a shity hand . if you 4 bet big and looks like your comiting most of the time you are fliping or are way behind when he shoves
it's important to have a constant 4-bet size. If you 4-bet big with the nuts, but small when bluffing, then that's an obvious mistake. And since you don't want to be committed every time you 4-bet, the best is to raise ~2.5x the 3-bet, So in this case, about 35.
my standard reraise on nl1k in order to not be commited is to around 275-280. Maybe 290-300 against someone who 3bets big like the guy in this case.
In this case you are putting it all in no matter what so 4bet size is irrelevant , but if you wanna also make 4bet bluffs , where you fold if they shove , you have to raise to max 30 imo.

Can you explain this one? Because I have totally different view on 4bets.
I assume that we are 4betting with two type of hands - Monsters (or high equity hands against given range) and pure bluff hands. The best hands from our 3bet range to bluff 4bet are suited connectors (at least i think so) and i don't see how we can be pot committed with 76s)
So if I 4bet 10 times with strong hands and mix in 2 bluffs, why should i decrease my 4 bet size, giving my opponent higher implied odds to call (against obviously tight range)?
Besides, higher 4bet size will have a positive impact on bluff success, imo
i was told that 2.2-2.3x his 3bet amount is the best. so in this case around 30$.
it's an amount that he can't really exploit with a float with <150BB stacks, and gives you room to get away on later streets
4-betting small means you can get away cheaper when you're bluffing, but doesn't really change your odds, since your opponent will play the same way as if you had 4-bet big... you'll occasionally run into idiots who flatcall the 4-bet, but that's pretty easy to play

no one ever calls a 4bet, except retard nits that can't shove their AK/TT

whenever you judge the situation is good. Of course, only do this against an aggressive opponent who will easily re-steal from the blinds, and preferably if he's already restolen before (just to be sure ^^)
i guess that would be very player/flow dependent, so it isnt possible to answer that question very precisely.
You want to achieve 2 goals:
1. cut down the implieds
2. make cheaper bluffs possible
Hence, I'd typically choose 2.5x factor, but increase the betsize a little bit if stacks are getting deeper.
