fold, fold, CO raises to $0.25, fold, fold, Hero calls $0.15

FLOP ($0.55) J♠ K♠ 3♠

Hero checks, CO bets $0.25, Hero calls $0.25

Hero checks, CO checks

RIVER ($1.05) J♠ K♠ 3♠ 7♦ 8♦

Hero shows 6♠ 3♦ A♠ K♥

Hero wins $1

Hand not really of note. But in general how does one extract maximum value ?
raise/bet more on flop/turn hoping he has smaller flush?
What if we raise flop and board pair on turn . How do we proceed?

Checkraise the flop. You're either going to win nothing because he folds or you charge him to draw to his full house if he has a set/2pair.

The way you played the hand you got reverse freerolled whereby your opponent gets free cards when you are ahead and you pay him off when he is ahead (when the board pairs giving him a full house).
