I passed the quiz at pokerstrategy.com and then opted for 50$ starting money at poker770. My account has been verified but I am yet to receive the initial 10$. Should I wait for some more time or is there any problem?

I believe the process can take up to about 48 hours after it has been approved, but it's usually quicker.
Please be patient and give it another day or so and hopefully it'll have arrived by then.

What is the difference b/w real money and play money?
My account is showing available playmoney as 1000.

Real money is your own funds or actual money if you like and play money is for fun when players are learning. Play money basically has no value.
