Hi! My name is Incze Zoltan and I am a 19 years old “Computer engineering” student in Romania. I started playing poker in 2010 July, and since then I’ve managed to win a decent amount of money. I started this blog, because I realised that I am not that good and I have a bunch of mistakes, both strategical and psychological. And this way I can keep track of my improvement, goals and objectives.
I’ve played both MTTs and Cash, now I would like to concentrate on cash games, because of my University programme I don’t have much time, or I have 2 hour brakes, which I use for playing poker in the library .
My poker career(shortly): I lost the 50$ starting capital pretty fast, but I didn’t give up I started playing freerolls; after I won some money I played mostly SnGs, then NL2-NL10 until I reached 600$ BR. Then I moved to Pokerstars and I managed to get my BR up to over 1k, playing NL50 HU(which was a stupid mistake). I started playing MTTs and in 2011 September when the University started I had 4,5k winnings. The Uni is not easy, so I had trouble managing my time, at the beginning of 2012 I had the same BR as in September. I realised, that I can’t continue like this, so I got motivated, I analized my game and payed much more attention during sessions. I managed to get to 6,35k winnings.
Now my main goal is to improve my game. My actual BR is 2000$. I cashed out, because, since my father lost he’s job and because of Uni I am not living home, I have to pay my rent and the other expenses. I also save money for a car, which I plan to buy this summer.
Here are some graphs of my cash journey: NL25 on Pokerstars and NL10 on 888.
First i will only add three objectives, but i will add more later:
3 hours of poker daily
1 hour of studying daily
workout every day
I am going to play NL25FR Zoom on Pokerstars and post intresting hands and graphs. I hope writing here will keep me motivated and will improve my game a lot. Good luck to everybody at the tables and in life, please comment and write suggestion, i will appreciate it! ♠_biggrin:
