Without reads on the guy, I would probably play the flop differently. Either fold, or reraise there.
The turn card should make no difference, except that it is a scare card for him at least as much as you. If you think he doesn't have a ten, then reraise the flop.
I would have folded the flop after some thought, and waited for a better spot. If I had called the flop, which I think was probably a bad decision, then it's tempting to push over the top of the turn and see a showdown, because he would have to call with only $7 left. You'd have some info then.
But the best move, I think, after the strong c/r on the flop, would be to fold.
EDIT: He has more than $7 left. A push over him on the turn could get a fold if he is full of it. But you don't know, so unless you are prepared to risk, then fold earlier rather than later.
I would probably just shove flop.
It is often bluff or semibluff and don´t like to fold here. Calling flop, shoving turn is also fine (although he might had A high flushdraw), seems like you're rather behind than ahead on the turn, so I like your fold.
