I would raise the flop against such an opponent, he has a huge range for donking here.
raise/call flop ftw :-)

but his flop 3bet call range is quite small... in fact probably polarised to hands that beat you or total floats from air (rare).

That's so wrong. There are times and opponents, that I raise here, but this is not the case.

He seems kind of passive, so if he donks the flop, his hand is either some random bluff (hello K5o!) or a good to great made hand (TP+). WA/WB is much better here, because your kicker is ok, but not great to get it all-in and if he does his random bluff, let him do it again on the turn.

Turn is then bad, because he bets so small and you have to raise him, but by doing that you commit yourself to the hand too.So you played that fine, except that i would raise the turn to 35 or something.

I disagree. This is a midstack fish. Even though is AF is small i want to protect, because if he bets the turn i am commited anyway. I take the foldequity + protection and force such a bad player in such a situation to a decision. Ther are a lot turncards i don´t want to see. Actuallay because of his small Af i think that he will not often have a great hand in this spot. Either he has a hand he is not sure about or a drawing hand. Easy decision for me.

Where's the logic in that? oO a small af means he's not betting much

id say youre in a tight spot here tribun. Id raise this flop ~6 weeks ago, and my AF was 9. I mean, I just sucked. Call seems superstandard, even to a newb like i am.

Such opponents c/c good hands very often. That´s the logic.

I don't think he'll check a hand like TPTK but bet TPWK...and imo, you can't be sure whether he donks his weak hands and draws just by looking at stats.. don't you need some sort of read?

i thin he has Qx(x between A and 8 if its Qxo and down to 2 if its Qxs) or A7 here a lot and i agree with tribunceasar on his aggression factor interpretation these guys that put their whole roll on one table usually want to win every pot when they have an okish piece of the flop(like TP or MPTK), and you can just let them do the betting and put in a value raise on the turn/river to get their whole stack as they are short

@megaB... the point is not whether we're behind or not after his donk. the point is if we raise, and he calls, we're almost certainly behind.

whereas if we call, and he bets again, we're still ahead a LOT of the time, because he can be bluffing worse hands...!

that's not necessarily true when you're facing a donk (the first part of your post)
