Well , why do u cheat the peopel to open a account to a poker room and after they complete the quiz and send id and photo u dont send the 50$ ?
I have told in emai that i dont speak a good english in phone and for this im not qualify for the $50 ?
This is really sucks

Get in contact with the support team here. They are very friendly and will help you out. Sometimes you just don't qualify for the money though. Sorry. At least you didn't lose anything.
