Hi,

Not sure why you´re 3-betting pf if you´re not willing to play for stacks postflop.
I think you would see there as often QJ or flushdraws than 88/TT. Most people would not call 3-bet with KTs/T8s and if they call they also have there a lot of flushdraws that they would play the same way

I would shove there for value unless I have certain read he would play only two pair or better that way.

About your ranges:

I think if you add some AQ and just J9, QJ hands your equity should be around 50% (or at turned out a lot higher :))
