99 on bubble

Can't see anything wrong with the pre-flop play at all.

On the flop itself I'd have been tempted to raise his donkey bet if you think it's likely a bluff (which in this case it was), although that's largely dependent upon any reads you have of him as different players reasons for donkey bets vary a lot.

The turn play is fairly risky, especially for the bubble, as he may have hit the Q, but if you're confident in your reads on him then the shove was a good call and it's a shame you had such bad luck with the river.

Without a lot of confidence in my reads on a player I would have been tempted to give this hand up either on the flop or turn as you're in the bubble.

You should never fold the flop here. If you feel he's very bluffy you can get it in on the turn but the default should be to fold.
