Preflop and flop seem standard, how should I play turn?

Bet less on the flop, you don't want to scare weaker flush draws off the pot. As for the turn? Well the only other draw hit the turn (the outside straight draw) so you should probably be slowing down here.

If your opponent had 2 pair or a set on the flop he would raise. You have the flush draw so it is certainly viable that villain has the straight draw. Once you get raised you have to fold since you're not getting odds to call. Check/calling the turn is a little better but possibly still a fold.
