Stacks:
UTG ($150)
UTG+1 ($100)
hero (CO) ($100)
BTN ($98.50)
SB ($99)
BB ($58.70)

Pre-Flop: ($1.50, 6 players) hero is CO Q♣ Q♥
2 folds, hero raises to $3, 1 fold, SB raises to $10, 1 fold, hero raises to $22.25, SB raises to $40, hero ???,

Villain is a unknown but with a full stack. My plan was to 4bet/call, should I rather flat pre cause his unknown?
Min5bet interupted my 4bet/calling plan and only once i've seen that min5bet was not the nuts, can I fold here and not feel bad about it?

We should get in queens after our 4bet vs QQ+,AK range. We really can't give him credit for KK+ if he's a random player. In general QQ is marginal 4bet hand vs tight 5bet range. If he's 5betting only QQ+,AK calling is better IMO (that's how nits 5betting range vs CO looks like at the most part).

Seen a lot of these min5bets lately (on microgaming) and about 75% of the time it has not been the supernuts (i.e KK+), but rather something like TT-JJ, AK and at times even AQ.

So I would never ever fold here without a supersolid read that says he always has exactly the nuts when he min5bets you.

I dont think we should read too much into the min5b readless, I think it's become kinda common to min5 over 5b jam in spots as people had gotten into the habbit of 4betting to 4b/call then getting spooked by a min5bet so it became a fashoinable way to increase fold equity in spots you are getting in regardless.

Stick to the plan of 4b.getting it in and be sure to take a decent note afterwards.
