I figured I'm probly no more than 60% in best case senario and might be beat already. Should I still shove, since I have a good redraw?

Raise flop, go broke. You are more often against a draw than a made hand, so protect and extract value.

Fold is imo too weak. You still have 7 outs to improve on the turn and if he flopped flush or straight he would pay you off.
I was at that spot one mount ago and I played call flop, check behind on the turn and then called overbet on the river:) And most of the people said that I was playing wrong, since there is a lot of worse hands that would bet that way.
I think it is always your decision if you want to play big pot with your set on very coordinated board or not, but I would suggest at least call on the flop and then re-evaluate on the turn. They would check a lot or making smaller bets, then you can decide if you want fold/raise or call.
