The shortie in the BB is usually going in the history books, so that means that we can consider ourselves almost on the bubble and due to this- risk aversion is huge! Looks like a tough fold to me. UTG seems like tight fishy player- the worst possible scenario for us as he won't make the right adjustments late in the game(meaning loosing up his range) + he is tight by nature, so I expect him to shove a relatively strong range here.
This is most of time good fold. Only reason really to call would be if we think UTG is on too wide range. UTG should not really be on wide range here as he is shoving versus 4 players and will never get pot without showdown (BB is pot committed). So even versus loose good reg this is not a spot to call.
