the problem is that players with preflop stats like these often are passive calling stations postflop... so as terrorblade said: "quite important" to know 
Almost unknown players, the preflop stats are almost OK after a 50-100 hands, but the agression factors need more hands. Typical 0,5/1-1/2 fishes.
Meh, you can't fold here anyway unless he had .1 AF after a decent sample size. Still calldown.
