Hello! I am waiting for 6 weeks for a TAF transfer on mansion and nobody want to tell me when i will receive the money. I understand that mansion has some technical problems, but it passed already a month and a half. I try to speak with support and nothing. I consider stop using PS if I can't find an answer. : :(((

Hello OnciuFlorin,

I am sorry but technical problems on the side of Mansion lie out of our power. If you want to receive your money on another site (where it would probably go quicker) send a ticket to our support please. This should be doable. Otherwise you will have to wait for Mansion to fix their technical problems
