The problem there is that now he also beats something like 65 which is more inclined to call you down. Neither we don't know much about the guy either he is going to showdowns a lot or not. Therefore I'd leave the pot alone on the river.

I disagree here. Once we get this turn we have to empty the clip.

Ok we dont have much 3x in our range but we still have 9 combos of sets and we know his range to be 77+ most of the time.

So long as the guy is not a station and our image is inline I think this is fine.

That's what I thought also. He ended up calling with 78 for the straight; people are really really bad at letting go of stuff, even deep. So I think we never have enough fold equity, even though I believe it would be a good move on a higher limit against a reg?

Depends also what image you had on the table. If you had a more aggressive image not really.
