PokerStars - $0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (MP): $2.84
CO: $2.00
BTN: $4.97
SB: $5.85
BB: $1.53
UTG: $0.86

SB posts SB $0.01, BB posts BB $0.02

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.03) Hero has A♥ A♠

fold, Hero raises to $0.08, fold, BTN calls $0.08, SB calls $0.07, BB calls $0.06

Flop: ($0.32, 4 players) A♦ 8♠ 7♣
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $0.24, fold, SB calls $0.24, BB calls $0.24

Turn: ($1.04, 3 players) J♥
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $0.70, SB raises to $5.53 and is all-in, fold, Hero ?

SB is 73/29/12 VPIP/PFR/3bet with 55% WTSD (20/37), 0.48 AF and 27 AFq over 80 hands.

He's called a lot w draws, 2nd and 3rd pairs and is overall a huge fish.

Is his range often enough just T9 so that we can fold? Against a range of JJ,AJo,T9o wich is fairly strong imo we have 45% equity and we only need 40% to call. Considering the fact that he's quite a big fish I'm incled to call 100% in these spots, but I'm not that sure anymore because of his low AF and stuff.

Thanks!

Your are never folding the second nuts here. Your stats does not include the number of hands you have on the villain, so you cannot be sure his aggresion is completely accurate. From experience this looks like a total bluff or a weak 2 pair type of hand because generally fish like to raise small on the turn with the nuts. Generally the time I see massive overbets when fish have the nuts is on the river.

Im assuming since u posted this he had 10-9 because no1 is ever folding AA here lol unless you don't like money :P

Hello mayapnd,

As long we have invest that much already it's going to be tough to fold and put him on only nuts, he could as well even have worse sets which could also play this way, I'd call it down.

Best Regards.
