So just saw new advertisement of pokerstars mobile.
Did it get worldwide ?? I mean it used to be only UK, what about now? can't find any info anymore regarding that on FAQs

I don't understand, so can I play on Lithuania? vs world wide player pool or only Europens?
I am not exactly sure where the current roll out is now.
I suggest contacting their support who will be able to assist you

Just try it. Go to pokestars website and try to download+install it. If it works -> you can play. If it doesn't -> you can't.
Here http://www.pokerstars.com/mobile/faq/#41 it says anywhere in the world except USA
