depending on his river agression
your line makes no sense. He can't believe that you are holding the jack (only JJ would be a 3-betting hand)
I don't believe, that he will fold against your bet.
He is either holding a A or a pocket and I think he will call with both at least I would ;).

I can't see him calling with worse hands.

Don't know his stats but I would fold preflop after is 4-bet.

Ah I see your priced in.

Wow that guy played whatever hand he has horrible.
You could easily have queens. Then he missed a lot of value.
I think he has AA, he's not afraid to give free cards.
