Villain is repping a full house pretty well. When you bet full pot on the flop you isolate yourself against straights and sets, because there is no other draw out there.

When the board pairs on the river, you have basically guaranteed that villain must have a full house here.

If you had bet weaker on the flop and turn there would be a chance you are still good on the river because the range of hands you might get called by would be wider.

As played you have to fold the river, more so because you had two 6's in your hand meaning less likely villain has a straight (plus most opponents raise with a straight on the flop or turn).
