No stats for villain.
pre: std
flop: std
turn: i keep betting for value in case i hit my draws or to move him off twopair or a better hand, when he raises me, i think he has a strong hand, a set or at least toptwo, i decide to call because if im against top set i still have 25% of hitting the river and he has to stack off in any river, so i believe i need only 22% to make it breakeven..

Preflop: Acceptable call in position, had you been in the blinds I would have said to fold it.

Flop: Betting here is fine and I like your bet sizing. I would have bet $1 myself (half pot) so nothing wrong with being a little bigger. However on the turn, this is where you should have taken a free card. You have no showdown equity with your no pair and it's unlikely villain is going to fold typically here.

Once you get checkraised unfortunately you have to fold now as you didn't factor in the reverse implied odds either (if the river was Q♦ or 5♦ you would likely be paying his full house off with your flush, luckily for you he had the Q♦ in his hand). You also had to factor in that all your outs were not live, the 4♠ could have given you the second best hand as well.
