Hi,

yes, he is opening quite wide range and I doubt he is going to 4-bet bluff always with worse hands or if he is maniac and he is 4-bet bluffing all sort of hands, then you can profitable 3-bet/shove KQs, since that is doing fine most pp-s and are dominated not too many hands. Also he is going to 4-bet/fold some better Ax hands
