Bet/fold is fine. Q is more unlikely as 3 or 4.

This is one of those spots where you need a read on villain.

You'd expect him to raise a Queen on the flop or turn, so I would assume that he doesn't have one, but some villains are too passive to raise top pair and will just call down.

If he is that passive then it's an easy bet/fold on river, although with the amount of equity you have on the river I'd hate folding.

On this limits there are lots of players who just call down to a river with a Q and a low kicker. And he called from BB so there is even bigger possibility for that.
But yeah... No matter what, I should have bet here...

In this example he had A3 or A4. I'm not sure anymore.

i think it is more likely that he is playing some kind of draw here than having a Q
