I'm supposed to get a 50 dollar bonus on mansion according to TAF system. I sent my request about a month ago and there's still no money. I also wrote a few tickets asking for explanations. The operator told me that my problem should be solved soon and that there would be a problem with mansion. Still, I would like to know what the real trouble is, if there is a TAF bonus at all.

Hello nematocit,

There have been problems with TAF transfers to Mansion lately. Due to technical problems, transfers were temporarily completely impossible. As the problem has been fixed recently you should receive your TAF bonus soon. Although I cannot tell you a concrete date, it should be within the week.
