Yep, no other choice, against top 10% hand-range you have 50/50 equity, against top 20%, you got 56/44.
for me it`s easy fold (you did not show your stack size).You can call here if you know his restealing range.Easier fold for me when I know that my opp is shortstack ,maybe even sss player.I would push only if my stack: call ratio allows me,but to push from shortstack I rather fold despite ratio ♦ coz I know they push range well.

P.S I would put him on tighter restealing range (unknow opp) because of his stack size and fact that he is restealing from shortstack too. By the way what is your ATS?
