It doesn't say anything about the amount so I assume the minimum should be enough. However when you click cashier a chat screen will pop up. While it's there just ask the lady/guy if the minimum is enough. You can never be sure enough!

talked to the support u just have to deposit the minimum ( 10$ for neteller for example)

There is no opt-in option available.

In order to qualify for the raffle, you just have to play the $10k on 888poker.
