Do you think I have the right odd's to call on the turn? Any ace 3 or 4 for the wheel straight and a club for the nut flush so 18 outs.

I think I play a bit too loose in omaha, playing every unraised hand heads up (I heard somewhere you're meant to play most hands hu) and calling some raises too. And playing around 50% at fullhanded tables which I know is way too loose but I get so many good cards lol

No, you don't. Pretty cards != good cards.

0. Don't play HU PLO tourneys when you're new to the game
1. Raise preflop
2. RAAIIIISE flop! you have 20 outs!

oh yeh had the 6 too... i think I thought of that when I was playin but that was last night. Is playin hu not okay if its just a sng (1vs1 not a shootout)? I like playin them inbetween tournaments for experience. and they end pretty soon usually which is good coz i dont really like multitabling

HU isn't exactly the best way to learn a totally new game, no. btw, get gold status and read the articles, they're essential

raising the flop is pretty important :P.

rest seems ok. although as played i'd probably pot the turn as well.

gonna take forever to get gold about 27 strategy points a day n i'm getting about 6 on average a day now, now i've got the BR for $11+1 sng's so I guess it could happen more quickly.

About raising the flop and turn... I don't really like doing it without an actual made hand incase they push, n I just call the flop so the pot isn't too big for me to call on the turn if I miss. I guess 20 outs is nearly half the deck though so in that case I coulda done.

20 outs is >>> 50% equity. when you factor in fold equity to this, as well as deception value for when you DO have a made hand, it's a very easy/important spot to repot :).
