Hey,

You are 6handed here, mostly people loosen up a bit so 3bet/shoving AKo is far better than 3bet/folding or just folding.

The worst play you can make is obviously 3bet/folding. Calling preflop is slightly better, I do not recommend this either because you miss 65% of the time but at least in average you lose less than $1.10 which you lost here

If you don't know how to proceed after you 3bet, just do not 3bet then Instead just post it here so you know it the next time
