I currently play 45man sng on stars, normal speed. Right now I know I'm beating the 0.25$ limit because my ROI for the last 30days 385 games in +95% with 30%itm. My bankroll now supports the 45man 1$ sng... so please tell me what is considered a good ROI for that limit.

obviously you run good i think you have to play more than 10k games to know if you can beat it.I dont know for roi though

The most important information is the samplesize. If you beat the 0,25$ 45men MTSNG's on a big sample size you beat the limit for sure. The ROI doesn't matter that much as long as it is positive. Since the difference between the two limits shouldn't be that big I would suggest to move up as soon as you got the bankroll (~100$ for 1$ 45men would be my suggestion). If you want to know exactly if you beat these MTSNG's you will have to play at least 1k tournaments. If you play less the variance might influence the results extremely.

Well technically any ROI above 0 means you are beating the limit. Higher ROI is achievable in the non turbos depending how big your edge is. I guess ~40% ROI may be maintained if you are really good. 20% ROI for the $1 reg speeds is pretty solid although they are soft enough to achieve double that over a good sample.
I'm not sure what your goals are but if you want to make a decent income from poker you really need to switch to turbos. You'll need to study a lot and adapt to the turbo format before switching though!
