BB: $2.92 - VPIP: 61, PFR: 22, 3B: 0, AF: 0.8, Hands: 18
UTG: $7.10 - VPIP: 71, PFR: 30, 3B: 0, AF: 2.5, Hands: 93
Hero (MP): $5.00 - VPIP: 12, PFR: 9, 3B: 3, AF: 4.8, Hands: 15310
CO: $5.31 - VPIP: 38, PFR: 13, 3B: 13, AF: 5.0, Hands: 180

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is MP with A :club: Q :club: K :spade: T :club:
UTG raises to $0.17, Hero calls $0.17, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.17, 1 fold, BB calls $0.12

Flop: ($0.70) 4 :spade: K  Q :spade: (4 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $0.40, BTN calls $0.40, BB folds, UTG calls $0.40

Turn: ($1.90) 2 :diamond: (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $1.36, BTN folds, UTG calls $1.36

River: ($4.62) T :diamond: (2 players)
UTG bets $4.43, Hero calls $3.07 all in

I'm usually ahead on this flop and turn (I block top 2 sets), which is why I bet to get value from FDs + straight draws. I guess that UTG has a straight or something like TTx here way more often than he bluffs, so I can't really call that river, can I?

Top 2 pair on a draw heavy flop, you don't need to worry about being balanced too much here. Bet big, you will still get called most likely.

You definitely need to be potting the turn. Villain clearly has a draw and he isn't going to put money in on the river if he misses it so you have to get it off him on the flop and turn instead.

River could well be a fold. A♠ J♠ makes a lot of sense.
