Any sort of reads on him? Obviously he is fish from that raise size, but is he loose? Any idea what that raise size might mean?
Probably QQ+ or perhaps JJ+ would be good. Wider than JJ+ is not option with SB being so short. Even if he is loose I would assume him to call wide after raising to 5bb. Likely he won't have absolute monsters that often in his range, but I would not go too wild with that assumption. Some fish like to make it big with big hands.
