He is reasonably loose, but is 3betting OOP preflop against an EP raiser, so that seems to give him probably AK, AA or KK, but this may be way too tight.

Given that he goes to showdown very little, only 14%, I would bet the turn when he shows fear of the FD having come home, and maybe get a fold from him there.

I think you played that fine, but I would call flop, fold to turn bet, since I believe that he doesn´t have capable firing 2-barrels with AK.
I would bet/fold turn. You don´t have to give him free card+ he would call a draw
