This one seems pretty straight-forward, but i wanted to make sure, since it's easy for the pot to get pretty big in a hand like this and i need to play them correctly

If you want to play it that way, fold river: you're largely beaten.

Against a thinking player, I prefer showing weakness on the turn by checking and so inducing a bluff. The same on the river.

Sometimes it is good to question yourself: what hand did player called both flop and turn bets, which he would call/raise river.
If you´re answered that question before you´re making bet or checking for bluff induce then it is a lot easier to play.
I like your turn bet, since worse Ax hands would probably call also your turn bet.
River is check to me. Don´t really see any worse hands calling and board is good to bluff, so I don´t want to play bet/fold, which I mostly should play. Depending on the bet size of th villain i might c/f.
