Hello DrDunne,

I like your play here on the turn but I'd rather Check/Fold the river cause I doubt that we beat that many hands. He has enough of Jx hands in his range, rather just leave the pot for him.

awesome im glad i check/folded the river. i really wasn't sure what to do with that turn card. honestly i only called hoping that the board would pair on the river and i know it isn't good to make a decision in that way. i justified it saying i was WA/WB so i called the turn in case he checked behind on the river or if i filled up. but what is the reason for calling on the turn if we fold on the river? i always hear bogdan saying there is no point in calling on one street just to fold the next.. is it simply that it is WA/WB and we also have 10 outs?

It's cause we still may have the implied odds for FH. :) If we Bet then we have to Bet/Fold but would even a lot worse hands pay us?
