He 3bets 99+, ATs+ against you & folds ATs-AQ, JJ-99 vs a 4bet
Since calling is quite mediocre (You have to fold on any overcard flop & on the low flops you are still behind against QQ+), I think 4betting is profitable with his stacksize because he will fold often enough to make profit long term
