If you don't have info he is playing busted draws that way I'd just fold river. His line seems like a weak ace, i presume a lot of times he will have Ax, especially hearts and vs that you're calling for split pot. Also QJ, KJ, KQ, fit his range. It's weird he didn't raise turn though, that would bother me too.
You don't think he'd ever do this with 55, do you? ♦

He has to have Ax hands in his range which play like that to turn around the profit here. Of course his line doesn't make sense but now again would he even try to bluff on such a board where it's very likely that we have the Ace and not that often going to fold.
But I'd Bet the flop bigger.
