Hello, I'm Martins from Latvia and I think it's time to start a blog. It will help to keep track on progress (if any ♦ ) and my game improvement.
I started with Pokerstrategy 50$ at FTP. Played SSS for about 2 month and realized this kind of poker is not for me. Switched to ST SNG's and also thought it's kinda lame. Moved to FL and I was happy....for a while ♦
Then moved to BSS and now it's about 2 years and still BSSing ![]()
Peak of my pokering was playing NL50SH. It was a few weeks before Black Friday and then. meh. After this, I didn't play poker for a while.
Starting of 2012, deposited to pokerstars, played some NL10, NL16, NL10zoom and NL25zoom. When I cleared my 1st deposit bonus, I changed to tracked site and now I'm playing NL25SH.
I think it's about 1.5 months since I've again thought about poker as a job opportunity (if one can say that) and I think it can be. With proper mindset and commitment making decent money is doable. So this blog is my road to that goal.
I play on laptop, so 4-6 tables is maximum that I play, but for game development, 4 tables is excellent. ~1h long session 2-4 times a day. When exams end, I will play more. GL&HF
The way to win at poker is to make better decisions than your opponents do. The way to improve at poker is to make better decisions than you used to.
