The red line is broken for the SNGs that i am playing, 6 max hypers...
I just checked my touney reports which say i won 220k chips but EV for chips won is 168k...
I know that $EV in SNGs is different from chip EV due to ICM but considering the fact that there is about 50k between chips won and EV chips won, is it safe to assume I'm running well above EV?

I didn't do any math on this, but generally: no, it is not safe. Due to risk aversion chipEV will be generally higher than $EV. (-$ev and +chipEV situations are more common not to mention that even when they are both positive, the chipEV will be higher)
if you are really that worried about knowing how you are running, you can look at the cEV for HU or the cEV for the early stages (when blinds are low and you have AI situations). looking at cEV for mid-stages or bubble play is obviously pointless.
