Is this NL20? Converter says 0.2/0.4 but I doubt that exists.

Minreraising his minreraise preflop=very bad, you're giving him good implied odds. Raise to around 5$.
As played, go all-in on turn.

First open raise with 4BB is fine, but the people are advising to make bigger 4-bet with AA, not 2,20$, but at least 4$ imo, better 5$.
You want to get all the monay all-in on the flop, where you´re big vafourite against every other hand and some plyers would shove here with AK, QQ and mostly KK.
If you´re making 2,6$ raise then you´re giving correct pot odds to the villain calling with every hand that he 3-bet you.
