You should fold. Because the only hands a normal person would reraise all-in is AA ,KK and maybe QQ and AK and you would normaly lose.

The pot is 3.49 and you have to call 2.52 to win it.
This means you have to the pot odds = 3.49/2.52 = 1.38 - 1
The hand odds is if he has AA,KK = 81.5/18.5 = 4.4 - 1
The hand odds if he has AA,KK,QQ or AK = 61.2/38.8 = 1.58 - 1
Hand odds with any pocket pairs and AK, AQ = 52.66/47.34 = 1.11 - 1

I ran this hand in equilab:

If he moves all-in with AA,KK,QQ and AK:

Equity Win Tie
Villain 61.18% 40.50% 20.68% { QQ+, AKs, AKo }
Hero 38.82% 18.15% 20.68% { AKo }

If he moves all-in with AA and KK:

Equity Win Tie
Villain 81.53% 80.98% 0.54% { KK+ }
Hero 18.47% 17.93% 0.54% { AKo }

Meaning that if he has AK or QQ in his all-in range you lose a little in the long run, while you lose a lot if he only shoves with AA and KK.

If he goes all in with all pocket pairs and AK, AQ then the equity is this:

Equity Win Tie
Villain 52.66% 47.55% 5.11% { 22+, AQs+, AQo+ }
Hero 47.34% 42.23% 5.11% { AKo }

Then it would be slightly profitable to call.

Hello romcey,

Depends a lot how loose we see the opponent here but overall if you assume he is opening a lot of hands also going with them broke then sure, we can Call it down. If he is rather tighter player and which may happen from UTG we want to fold then.

Best Regards.
