Ok, I'm the big blind and I flop an OESD and middle pair. Did I play it right from there? If not, what could I have done differently?

You did well, you have a combo draw and hence you want to put all of your money into the pot as soon as possible.

I just see a bad OESD with two extra outs for the J. Giving you the straight often results in a splitted pot. I would play check/call (low bets).

Remember: This is a freeplay. Therefore, draws might not be that strong than in a raised pot (against one opponent).

on this limit just check/fold it...
in such multiway your draw doesn't worth much
and betting oop is the worst thing you can do here

Can't agree more.

You hardly have any outs here I think.
The chance one of these 6 Villains holds an Ace is rather big, so the Q won't help you.
You have 2 J's in the deck and 4 9's, which makes 6 outs.
Especially in a freeplay with such a board I would just play check/fold.

@igel2006: If you play check/call, what do you do when the turn brings a useless card like a 3, 4, 5, 6 etc.?
