unfortunately, your hand was played in a tournament that's currently not supported.

Currently supported is NoLimit, FixedLimit and PotLimit Cashgame as well as SNGs. Some MTTs might be tracked despite not beeing supported.

Your promo page doesn't specify that the promo is only for cash tables so it should count as I have received numerous kicks playing sit 'n' gos.

Like I mentioned before it happens quite often, not only on tournament tables, that the software misses kicks - this time it missed the 4 of a kind kick which was important that's y i mentioned it, otherwise i would've disregarded it like the rest.

I think it has to do with the way the backend is setup.
In the case of my hand - one player was all-in pre flop where as me and another player weren't. After the Turn he folded to my bet so maybe the system gathered it as the hand didn't reach showdown cause he folded even though I did reach showdown with the player that was all-in preflop.

So the algorithm should be tweaked, or a term created for hand outcomes like mine above regarding this promotion.

Sidekick does not work correctly on William Hill and Poker 770. When it reaches a certain hand ( 100 hands perhaps ), it does not collect kicks anymore and does not correctly display session rake.
