Due to my oversight I completely missed your country of residence, for which I apologize sincerely.

You are of course correct in that you may not play tracked as a U.S. resident.

You may of course still read all the articles, watch all the videos and attend all the coachings pertinent to your status. My personal recommendation is that you make a full use of the hand evaluation forums as you can, they are a goldmine of expertise.
